Your new role In this role, youll take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while leading and developing a team of accountants. Youll act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering highlevel tax and business advisory services, while also playing a key role in shaping culture, performance, and growth within the firm. Manage and grow a portfolio of business services clients Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor to clients Review financial statements, tax returns and compliance work Deliver high-level tax and business advisory across a range of industries Identify opportunities to add value and expand client relationships Lead, mentor and develop a team of accountants Oversee workflow, WIP management, billing and deadlines Drive quality, performance and a positive team culture What you'll need to succeed Full Australian working rights CA or CPA qualified Minimum 5 years experience in public practice accounting Proven experience managing client relationships and reviewing work Strong technical expertise across Australian tax, CGT, GST, FBT and Division 7A Confident communicator with strong advisory capability Leadership experience, or ready to take the next step Experience with Xero and strong Excel skills Proactive, solutionfocused and clientoriented mindset What you'll get in return This firm offers clear pathways to senior leadership, genuine flexibility, and a collaborative environment where people are supported to succeed.
